This dry white wine is part of our contract farmer series, made with Müller-Thurgau grapes from Nakai Farm in Yoichi Town, Hokkaido.
It offers aromas of citrus, like lemon, white flowers, and herbs. A portion of the wine was aged in oak barrels, giving it a rounder character compared to previous years.
With a clean finish, this wine pairs well with a variety of dishes.
