KODACHI VINEYARD Sauvignon Blanc Reserve 2021

A white wine made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Takizawa Winery's own vineyard, "Kodachi no Hatake" (Grove Field).

It has fresh aromas reminiscent of green grass and herbs, along with a minerality derived from the vineyard, yet offers a fruit concentration not typically expected from a northern region.

When slightly chilled, it offers a firm texture and freshness, while approaching room temperature, you can enjoy a richer fruity impression.

Although it is a still white wine, some effervescence remains. Please store it in a cool, dark place.
