A single-vineyard wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Oura family's vineyard in the Kamiwada district of Takahata Town, fermented and aged in barrels. Named after the three types of pruning shears (ciseaux) used in viticulture, this Chardonnay reflects the craftsmanship of its maker.
