◎Takizawa Winery Nakaï Kerner 2025

This dry white wine is part of our contract farmer series, made with Kerner grapes grown at Nakai Farm in Yoichi Town, Hokkaido. The 2025 vintage boasts even more fruitiness and body than usual, with a robust alcohol content of 13%.

It offers a rich aroma characteristic of well-ripened Kerner, reminiscent of yuzu and black tea. The vibrant acidity typical of Hokkaido, which supports the full and rich flavor, is also present. This is a wine that can be enjoyed now, but also one to anticipate the changes it will undergo with further aging.
