"Minori" is Takahata Winery's vintage sparkling wine, made using the traditional method (prise de mousse). It blends Chardonnay with Riesling Forte and Pinot Blanc.
It offers fine bubbles, with notes of citrus, white flowers, and a hint of bread. This crisp, dry wine pairs exceptionally well with Japanese cuisine.
