Sorachi Blanc is a blend of Chardonnay from Tateda Farm in Iwamizawa, Hokkaido, and Sauvignon Blanc from Takizawa Winery in Mikasa City. In 2025, to avoid damage from birds, the Chardonnay was harvested early and blended with Sauvignon Blanc, adding a rich volume to the aroma and taste. This dry white wine, a unique expression of the two Sorachi regions, combines the elegant acidity of Iwamizawa with the fruitiness of Mikasa.
