Takahata Winery ARCADIA Chardonnay 2024

The "ARKADIA" series, Takahata Winery's flagship product.

100% Chardonnay. Skin contact is performed, followed by fermentation in French oak barrels. After 100% malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 10 months in barrels, including 25% new barrels.

Behind the sweet and rich aromas reminiscent of peach, quince, and honey, a crisp toast aroma emerges. This full-bodied white wine harmonizes a refreshing citrus-like quality with a rich, substantial texture, elegant acidity, and umami.

Serve with pan-seared sea bream with lemon butter sauce, creamed chicken, pan-fried spiny lobster, cream-based gratins, and the like. Enjoy at 10-12°C, without over-chilling.
