NIKI Hills Winery Zweigelt 2024

This red wine is made from Zweigelt grapes, more than 20 years old, from Aki Farm and Hirose Farm in Yoichi Town, which borders Niki Town. A small amount of Regent is blended in, and the aging period is adjusted to balance the flavors extracted from the skins, the barrel-derived taste, and the smooth tannins.

Its vibrant appearance, fresh acidity reminiscent of raspberries, flavors of oregano and aromatic wood, and spicy aromas of cardamom and pepper provide a pleasant stimulus with every sip.

Upon tasting, a burst of mixed berry fruitiness overflows, with gentle tannins and an exquisite balance with the acidity. An astonishingly vibrant aroma lingers.
